Renowned as the birthplace of flamenco, Seville also is home to stunning architecture, including the Alcazar palaces and the world's largest Gothic cathedral, La Giralda.
Engage in true Seville culture through a myriad of traditional Spanish activities, including bullfighting, flamenco dance, and festivals, such as Semana Santa and Feria de Abril. Terrace cafés where people meet to enjoy their afternoon café con leche line the streets; you can join them to practice your Spanish. Sunbathe by the river banks, then relax at a local tapas bar where you'll enjoy good food and conversation after a day spent strolling through the shaded, winding alleyways of the Barrio Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter.
